Q: Can the FST-24S-042 be stacked with the standard FST-12SP-043?

Yes. Both models share the same hinged pivot design and can be stacked interchangeably within the same closure or box to meet hybrid fiber management needs.

Q: Is the FST-24S-042 splice tray stackable?

Yes. Its hinged design supports vertical stacking. You can expand the capacity by adding more trays while maintaining easy access to each individual tray.

Q: Can I use this tray with other brands of closures?

Please confirm the mounting hole dimensions to ensure compatibility with your existing equipment.

Q: Why are there two types of covers?

The plastic (opaque) cover is used for the top tray of a stack for maximum protection. The transparent covers are used for intermediate trays to allow technicians to inspect fibers without opening the tray. 18

Q: Does it support Ribbon (Mass Fusion)?

The FST-24S-042 is specifically designed for Single Fusion. For Ribbon fiber applications, please contact our sales team for our specialized Ribbon Splice Tray series. 19
