1. Drawings or Samples

First we need drawings or samples to to get start.

2. Drawings Confirmation

If customer provide samples we will do the drawings and send it back to confirm.

This step will be skiped if customer provide drawings.

3. Quotation

Once we get the confirmation of drawings, we will send our quotations.

4. Making Samples

We can provide samples by 3D print to cutomer to double confirm if need.

5. Making Moulds

Once we received order, we’ll make new moulds first, this usually takes 20 to 40 days depends on the product.

(Customers who for the moulds will own the moulds, which means we will not sell the prodcts to any one else without permission. )

6. Formal Prodction

There will be a few rounds of trail to test new moldes, and if it goes well, we will start formal production.

7. Quality Assurance

Customer can send any third party to our company to inspect prodction process or products.

8. Shipment

We will ship the goods to the customers after getting the inspection result ok and the customers' confirmation.
